DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates in United States:
- Order placed after the cut-off of 5 p.m (GMT – 8:00)
- The Handling time: 2 – 3 Business Days (fulfilled Monday – Friday)
- The Transit time: 7 – 9 Business Days (fulfilled Monday – Saturday)
*When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics/holiday/festival/disaster/strike/demonstration… it will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control.
Do you provide tracking information?
We’ll send you a confirmation text message and/or email once you make an order if you give a mobile number with a tracking ID plus a link for following your parcel’s journey.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.
When you place an order on SneakerDoor, you’re responsible for bearing the return shipping cost back to SneakerDoor. Please visit the Return and Refund page to know more about the return process.
SneakerDoor cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you notice your tracking info is stating that your parcel was delivered to the specified address but you’ve not received it, report to the respective shipping carrier immediately.
