If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
1. When you can return/exchange the item(s):
– If you request the return/exchange within 7 calendar days after the day of delivery.
– If the item(s) are wrong size/style/color/quantity, the item(s) must be unworn, not used in anyway, in their original condition, there are no questions asked.
– If you receive an item other than the one on your receipt.
– If your item is damaged in some ways.
2. Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Any item more than 7 calendar days after delivery.
- Any item that has been used or worn or washed.
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their coupon code.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
– If the error was made by SneakerDoor (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for return shipping.
– Otherwise (you ordered wrong size/style/color/quality, changed your mind etc) you are responsible for the shipping of a return or exchange.
4. How do I return my item?
Step 1: Send your return/exchange request email to support@SneakerDoor.com.
In the request, kindly include the following information:
1. Your full name.
2. Your email address which was used to purchase.
3. Your tracking/order number.
4. Name of products, size + style + color + quatity you purchased.
5. Reasons why you return/exchange. Please include 3 photos of the products to help us see the situation of products.
Step 2: Waiting for our review of your request.
Step 3: Follow the instruction in our reply to proceed with the returns/exchanges.
**How long do I have to wait for a replacement item to arrive?
Once you are approved for a replacement in our reply you can ship your item back. Once we receive the item back we will put in a new order for your replacement. Replacements will be made to order within 3-5 days from the date we receive your returned item. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
4. Cancelation Request
You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours since the time your order is placed.
If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet.
5. Where’s my refund?
PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.
If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.
